Low Sodium Thousand Island Dressing

And there's no sense in pretending, we all know this is perfect for a loso big mac!


This sauce boasts 20 mg per tablespoon. Match it with some homemade buns, Swiss cheese, lettuce and homemade patty and you got yourself a pretty decent burger (about 175 mg).



Ingredients

  • 150 mg plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons low sodium ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish

  • 2 tsp minced onion

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard

DDirections

This one is pretty easy. Just mix, but you'll wanna let this sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or so. I promise its worth the wait.
