This quick weeknight dinner comes together easily and is packed full of tangy flavor. Serve on rice, pasta, in a lettuce wrap or straight from the pan!

Ingredients
1 lbs chicken breast
2 tablespoons low sodium spicy mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup water
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Season the chicken with pepper and cook using whatever method you prefer. Just make sure it reaches 160° F. I toss them in a saute pan and cook on medium, flipping occassionally.
Once the chicken is done, shred. I use the hand mixer method, but forks work too.
In a small bowl, combine water spicy mustard, honey and smoked paprika.
Mix the sauce into the chicken, using additional water to thin down the sauce as needed.
