Ingredients
8oz chicken, dealers choice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp no sodium chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp savory
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp powdered onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zucchini noodles made from 1 zucchini
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Combine all the spices and mix olive oil and lemon juice to create a paste. Thoroughly apply paste to chicken. Place in a hot skillet and cook until 160°F, flipping occassionally. Remove from skillet and let rest while you cook the zucchini.
Melt butter and add garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant. Add zucchini and toss to coat. Cook for 1-3 minutes until zucchini is cooked but still "al dente". Divide the zucchini and serve topped with chicken.
